With the rapid adoption of high-power fast-charging technology for electric vehicles, current-carrying capacity, safety, compatibility, and operation and maintenance efficiency have become critical to the continued development of the charging industry.
Drawing on its extensive experience in EV interconnection solutions, Yonggui has developed a comprehensive charging inlet portfolio covering GB and European standards, conventional charging, liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging, and megawatt charging for heavy-duty applications. With reliable connection technologies, the YG Series supports diverse charging scenarios and contributes to the advancement of efficient fast charging.
As a core product designed for the established GB charging system, the YG-GB Series complies with GB/T 20234.1-2023, GB/T 20234.3-2023, GB/T 18487.1-2023, and GB/T 18487.5-2024, delivering mature and stable performance.
The series is available with rated current options of 125 A, 200 A, 250 A, and 300 A and supports rated voltages of 750 V DC and 1000 V DC, meeting the DC fast-charging requirements of mainstream electric vehicles.
Precise temperature monitoring and multi-level protection—IP54 when unmated, IP55 when mated, and IP67 for electrical components—enable reliable operation under diverse outdoor conditions. The series also supports multiple cable specifications and provides a mechanical life of ≥10,000 mating cycles, making it suitable for public fast-charging stations and primary fast-charging systems in passenger vehicles.

Developed to meet integrated charging requirements, this combined inlet incorporates both AC and DC charging interfaces, supporting everyday slow charging as well as emergency fast charging. The product complies with the GB/T 20234 and GB/T 18487 series standards. The AC interface is available in 10 A, 16 A, and 32 A ratings and supports single-phase or three-phase power, while the DC interface covers rated currents of 80 A, 125 A, 200 A, 250 A, and 300 A.
Its modular design supports rapid customization, compatibility with multiple cable specifications, and the use of stamped terminals, helping simplify vehicle wiring and assembly. The product is suitable for various applications, including home and portable vehicle charging and public charging facilities.

Designed for ultra-fast charging and compliant with relevant GB standards, the YG-GBHPC Series can be integrated into the vehicle’s liquid cooling system to support continuous high-current transmission beyond the limits of conventional air-cooled charging.
Rated at up to 900 A DC and 1000 V DC, the inlet features a proprietary cooling module with a dedicated inlet-and-outlet cooling circuit compatible with ethylene glycol-based coolant. Wear-resistant silver contact technology and a corrosion-resistant flange design support stable operation across a wide temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
The product also provides a high degree of protection, precise temperature monitoring, and a mechanical life of ≥10,000 mating cycles, making it suitable for ultra-fast charging applications in premium passenger vehicles and urban ultra-fast charging stations.

Developed for the European market and export vehicle programs, the YG-EN Series complies with IEC 62196 and IEC 61851 and adopts the CCS2 interface system, providing integrated compatibility with both AC and DC charging. The AC interface covers rated currents from 13 A to 32 A and supports single-phase or three-phase power, while the DC interface covers 80 A to 250 A at 750 V DC or 1000 V DC.
Its modular design supports rapid customization and compatibility with multiple cable specifications. Precise temperature monitoring, a high degree of protection, and mature, stable performance make the series suitable for vehicle integration and charging infrastructure applications across the European market.

Designed for ultra-fast charging, high-power energy storage, and heavy-duty new energy equipment, the YG-SAMCS Series complies with IEC 62196 and IEC DTS 63379-2024, enabling megawatt-level charging through a single inlet. The series covers rated currents from 1000 A to 1500 A and supports rated voltages of up to 1500 V DC. Its compact modular design reduces installation space, while flexible electronic lock positioning, protection against accidental contact, and precise temperature monitoring help ensure safe operation under high-current conditions.
The product supports efficient assembly and precise temperature control while maintaining a high degree of protection and a mechanical life of ≥10,000 mating cycles. It is suitable for high-power charging applications involving electric heavy-duty trucks, energy storage power stations, port equipment, vessels, and ultra-fast charging stations.

Looking ahead, Yonggui will continue to advance its charging technologies and expand connection performance to support a safer, more efficient, and higher-quality new energy charging industry.
