PDU & BDU

PDU (Power Distribution Unit) is a high-voltage distribution unit for pure electric and hybrid passenger cars, commercial vehicles, low-speed vehicles and buses. It is used for current distribution, short-circuit overload protection and on/off control of battery, motor, fast charging, slow charging, air-conditioning, heating, steering and DC/DC circuits. It is mainly installed in the front cabin of passenger cars or the rear cabin of buses.


BDU is installed in the battery pack, which mainly contains main positive, main negative, fast charging positive, fast charging negative, pre-charging relay and pre-charging resistance.


PDU&BDU specific solutions are customized and developed according to customers' schematic diagrams and vehicle layout.
