Driven by the global transition toward carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, energy storage power stations, commercial and industrial energy storage cabinets, and outdoor distributed energy storage systems are placing increasingly stringent demands on high-voltage, high-current connectors. Excessive temperature rise under high-current operation, accidental contact and leakage during maintenance, incorrect mating and reversed polarity, cable loosening caused by pulling, and failures in outdoor water and dust protection can all create potential system safety risks.
The Yonggui ESC-HPB Series energy storage electrical connectors cover current ratings from 80 A to 450 A and support up to 1500 V. The series combines automotive-grade safety protection, low-temperature-rise current transmission, a lightweight and compact structure, and convenient installation and maintenance. With UL, TUV and CE certifications, it provides stable and reliable high-voltage interconnection solutions for a wide range of energy storage equipment

The HPB Series (80 A–400 A) features an integrated stamped-and-formed socket contact combined with a rear-welded termination, replacing the conventional two-piece contact structure.
Lower Temperature Rise: The integrated contact design eliminates segmented riveted joints, significantly reducing potential heat generation points. It delivers stable temperature-rise performance under long-term high-current operation. An additional welding process at the contact termination further strengthens the connection between the cable and the socket contact, improving current-carrying reliability.
Manufacturing and Cost Advantages: The simplified manufacturing process improves production efficiency while reducing the manufacturing cost per component.
Wide Current Coverage: With a socket contact wall thickness of ≤3 mm, the design covers the full current range from 80 A to 400 A, making it suitable for energy storage equipment across different power levels.

Flexible Wiring: Supports three termination methods, including flexible busbars, cable crimping, and ultrasonic cable welding, accommodating different cabinet wiring requirements.
High Flexibility: The flexible busbar series features a silicone housing, providing enhanced overall flexibility.
Stable Current Carrying: The split-body design helps prevent potential damage to the spring contacts during overmolding and ultrasonic welding, ensuring stable current-carrying performance.

The connector features a visual secondary locking mechanism with clearly marked Unlocked and Fully Locked positions. The secondary lock can only be engaged after the primary lock is fully secured, allowing operators to visually confirm the locking status and avoid improper mating.

The connector incorporates an internal rotating structure, allowing the plug to rotate 360° after mating. The rotation torque is precisely controlled, enabling flexible cable routing while maintaining a stable connection and ensuring convenient installation.

Automotive-grade sealing rubber is used to provide excellent resistance to aging, thermal cycling and high-/low-temperature environments. The sealing performance remains reliable over long-term use without water ingress or seal deformation.

Both the plug and receptacle are equipped with finger-safe protective covers. Even when the connector is fully disconnected, live conductive parts remain enclosed, reducing the risk of accidental electric shock during inspection, maintenance and battery replacement.

Distinctive color coding and mechanical keying clearly differentiate positive and negative terminals, preventing incorrect mating and reverse polarity while reducing the risk of short circuits and equipment damage.

The entire ESC-HPB Series complies with the UL4128 standard. The full product range is certified by UL, CE, and TUV, meeting global requirements for electrical safety, insulation protection, and flame resistance for energy storage equipment.
