    High-Density Computing Needs Safer Liquid Cooling Connections

    As AI model training and high-density compute clusters continue to increase power density, traditional air-cooling systems are reaching their thermal limits. Cold-plate liquid cooling is becoming a key infrastructure path for next-generation data centers, supercomputing facilities and standardized high-density computing rooms.


    At the rack level, liquid cooling also creates new engineering challenges: compact cabinet space, frequent module insertion and removal, high-precision mating, leakage control, and efficient deployment at scale. Manual pipe alignment is difficult to standardize when server racks need fast, repeatable and reliable assembly.


    Developed with reference to OCP-related requirements, Yonggui UQDB Series blind-mate liquid cooling quick couplings are designed to support high-frequency mating and unmating, stable sealing and efficient pipeline connection in liquid-cooled AI server racks and large-scale liquid cooling data centers.


    Product Overview

    The UQDB Series is a family of blind-mate fluid connectors developed for cold plates, manifolds, server modules and rack cabinet interfaces. The series enables rapid pipe connection between modules and cabinets, helping improve installation efficiency and maintainability in modular liquid-cooled server architectures.


    With a compact structure, flat-face dry-break sealing and floating tolerance compensation, the UQDB Series is designed as a core connection component for liquid-cooled server racks where safety, reliability and fast serviceability are essential.

    Core Advantages

    Flat-face dripless sealing for safer operation

    The flat-face dry-break sealing structure maintains stable sealing in both connected and disconnected states. It helps prevent coolant dripping during operation and service, reducing the risk of hardware corrosion, circuit short-circuiting and leakage-related system failures. The seal uses JE-Z ethylene propylene rubber rated for -55°C to +125°C and supports hot-swap operation.

    Floating blind-mate design for efficient deployment and maintenance

    A radial floating compensation capability of +/-1 mm helps absorb assembly tolerances and reduce alignment difficulty in dense rack environments. The floating structure supports quick and stable mating, while red/blue interface markings help distinguish supply and return lines to reduce operation errors. Selected configurations also support one-hand locking and separation to improve onsite installation and maintenance efficiency.

    Multiple bore sizes to match different cooling requirements

    The UQDB Series provides four bore options: -02, -04, -06 and -08. These options help match different liquid cooling flow requirements, from single-cabinet thermal management to clustered computing scenarios. The optimized flow path supports high flow and low pressure drop, helping reduce system flow resistance and improve overall liquid cooling efficiency.

    Durable structure for continuous data center operation

    The stainless-steel housing with specialized surface treatment provides strong wear and corrosion resistance. With a mechanical life of up to 10,000 mating cycles, the series is designed to support long-term stable operation. It also offers resistance to high and low temperatures, vibration and shock for 24/7 data center operating conditions.

    End-to-end matching support for flexible system integration

    The product family supports diverse tail-end interface options and customized threaded hose-end requirements. It can be adapted to different pipe, cold plate and manifold configurations, supporting more flexible integration across liquid cooling systems from different equipment platforms.
