    Commercial satellite platforms and civil aircraft electronic systems place different demands on interconnect design. Satellite systems must operate through vacuum, thermal cycling, radiation exposure and vibration while meeting tight mass and space constraints. Civil aviation systems require stable performance under vibration, temperature variation, limited installation space and defined maintenance requirements.


    Yonggui provides selected rectangular, RF, high-speed and rack-and-panel connector families together with customized cable assembly capabilities for these commercial and civil applications.


    Application scope:  This document is limited to commercial satellite and civil aviation systems. Product selection, testing and qualification must be confirmed against each project’s requirements and applicable civil standards.


    Commercial Satellite Interconnect Solutions

    Compact commercial satellite platforms increasingly require lightweight, high-density and application-specific interconnect architectures.     3401002 Series

    • Six shell sizes and 30 contact arrangements, with solder-cup, straight PCB and right-angle PCB termination options.

    • Compact, lightweight construction intended to support thermal-vacuum, low-residual-magnetic and vibration requirements in commercial satellite systems.

    • Design developed with reference to ESCC 3401 requirements.

    • Six shell sizes and 11 contact arrangements, with up to 104 contacts and removable contact options.

    • High-density signal and power interconnection options for compact commercial satellite electrical architectures.

    RF Connectivity for Commercial Satellite Systems

    Civil Aviation Interconnect Solutions

    Civil aircraft electronic systems may require compact connectivity for cabin electronics, external equipment interfaces, onboard data transmission and rack-and-panel installations. The following product families are presented for civil aviation applications and require project-level verification.

    • Supports mixed low-frequency, power, high-speed differential, RF and optical contact configurations for civil aircraft electronic equipment.


    In-Flight Entertainment System Connector

    • Design developed with reference to EN 3545 requirements.

    • Supports integrated low-frequency, power, RF and optical transmission for in-flight entertainment and passenger cabin systems.


    Customized Cable Assembly Integration

    For commercial satellite and civil aviation electrical systems, Yonggui can support project-specific connector selection and customized cable assembly integration based on interface type, signal and power mix, RF and data requirements, installation space and termination method.
